Challenge
Low volume order due to development nature leading to lack of interest/participation by reputed and established manufacturers in the industry despite well laid down specifications.
Process
We had to presevre to engage component OEM’s in sourcing requisite quantities of raw material. Being a development product, there were a few iterations at design modifications with the Buyer and finally, the supplies were made. Further, all components were sourced entirely from within India.
